Behind the technology: What is NMES and TENS?
PowerDot’s neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) send
electronic pulses to stimulate your motor nerves to create muscle contraction and stimulate sensory nerves to
temporarily relieve pain.
